Now Hiring: Technical Staff

Job Description

You will be responsible for technical work related to precision devices, including:

1. Design and drafting using 3D CAD software
   
2. Prototyping, assembly, and evaluation of equipment
   
3. Machining, measuring, and fabrication of mechanical parts

Preferred Qualifications (any of the following experience is welcome)

Proficiency in 3D CAD drafting
Experience and skills in mechanical assembly and fabrication
Experience in mechanical processing and programming of machine parts

Work Conditions

Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
Average Overtime: Approximately 10 hours per month
Annual Holidays: 125 days (FY2024)
Days Off: Full two-day weekends (Saturday & Sunday), public holidays, and others per our company calendar

Compensation

Expected First-Year Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥4,200,000
*Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
